This notice applies to the public website at echofoldtech.com. Customer engagements, secure data exchange, and production services are governed by their applicable agreements and security terms.
No forms, uploads, cookies, or advertising analytics
The launch website has no account registration, customer portal, payment processing, contact form, or customer-data upload. It does not set advertising cookies or run client-side advertising or behavioral analytics.
Technical request information
AWS Amplify Hosting and its delivery infrastructure necessarily process ordinary request information—such as IP address, browser and device headers, requested resource, and timestamp—to deliver, secure, and operate the website. Echofold may use aggregated operational information to maintain availability and investigate abuse or security events.
Email and engagement inquiries
The website’s email links open your own email service. If you contact Echofold, the message and information you choose to provide are processed through Google Workspace and used to answer the inquiry, assess product fit, maintain appropriate business records, and prepare an engagement when requested.
Do not send confidential operational data, credentials, export-controlled material, personal datasets, or customer files through an initial website inquiry. Secure exchange methods are agreed separately after the appropriate confidentiality and engagement terms are in place.
Sharing, retention, and choices
Inquiry information is not sold or used for targeted advertising. It may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, email, security, and business operations, or disclosed when required by law. It is retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes, applicable obligations, and dispute or security records.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information supplied through an inquiry by emailing hello@echofoldtech.com. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Website terms
Informational website
The public website describes potential product capabilities, managed engagement structures, and selected evidence. It is not an offer, service-level commitment, investment recommendation, trading instruction, navigation command, warning authority, or substitute for official information and independent professional judgment.
Evidence and forward performance
Quantitative results apply only to the stated target, comparator, sample, evaluation status, and scope. Historical, frozen, or benchmark performance does not guarantee prospective performance, customer outcomes, financial results, detections, warnings, or operational availability.
Managed engagements and authorization
Access, delivery, permitted use, customer responsibilities, confidentiality, security, fees, and operational authorization are established only in a signed agreement. Public website content does not authorize trading, navigation, flight, grid-control, safety-critical, or other operational reliance.
Names, ownership, and endorsement
Echofold materials and original site content are owned by JoyBoy Biotechnology LLC or used with permission. References to government agencies, scientific programs, grid operators, datasets, products, or third-party systems identify sources or comparators and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
Availability and warranty boundary
The website may be corrected, updated, suspended, or withdrawn without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. JoyBoy Biotechnology LLC is not responsible for decisions or losses arising from reliance on public website content outside a signed engagement.
Updates
Material changes to this page will be reflected by updating its effective date. Continued use of the public website after an update means the revised website terms apply to subsequent use.
